What the day will look like
* Responsible for key client portfolio, driving strong customer service experience to achieve retention & growth aspirations
* Build reputation that leads to new opportunities and strengthens existing client arrangements
* Execute and embed the annual strategy focused on delivering revenue growth and client value
* Connect with wider Aon stakeholders to ensure added value solutions are delivered to enhance client experience
* Cultivate and develop relationships with key real estate insurer partners and key clients in the real estate industry
* Demonstrate an engagement with clients to create further opportunities
* Act as a technical referral point for colleagues and clients as required
* Actively participate in and support Business Development activity and be available for joint client/prospect meetings as/where required.

The right candidate will be provided with full training, ongoing support and guidance throughout their career at Aon.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
* Commercial understanding of business and the Insurance market
* Technical knowledge of general insurance products required by small businesses in Australia
* RG146 Tier 1 qualification (required)
* Diploma of Insurance Broking (desired)
* Excellent time management skills
* Strong negotiating, listening and communication skills
* 3-5 years proven client management, portfolio management and relationship skills
* Adaptable, focused and self-disciplined, with strong interpersonal skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
