Body Evolutions Care Support Solutions is growing, and we are currently seeking 2–3 dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our team.
Hours Available: 15–38 hours per week
Location: Gosford & surrounding areas

We are looking for passionate, resilient individuals who either have experience in complex care or a strong willingness to learn. This role involves supporting a participant who experiences behaviours of concern, working within a 2:1 support ratio to ensure safety and high-quality care.
About the Role
You will be supporting a participant through a person-centred approach, helping manage and respond to behaviours of concern while promoting independence, dignity, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Supporting behaviours of concern (including physical and verbal aggression, property damage, and emotional dysregulation)
* Using proactive strategies and allowing space/time for de-escalation
* Assisting with medication administration (as per training)
* Completing accurate documentation and incident reports
* Supporting community access and social engagement
* Providing transport to appointments and activities
* Assisting with meal preparation, daily living tasks, and light domestic duties
* Working collaboratively with a supportive team and allied professionals

Pay: From $43.23 per hour
