- Make and maintain connections with a variety of new and existing customers, providing customised solutions for their needs.
- Deliver consultative service and support to help customers connect faster, better and smarter.
- Utilise ongoing training to stay up-to-date with current technology and sales techniques.

- Store Hours: Monday–Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Sunday CLOSED

We are looking for talent to join our team in-store. A Telstra Retail Consultant is a multi-faceted role, suited to people with the following attributes and skills:
- Ability to easily build a connection with a variety of new and existing customers
- Appetite to quickly develop customised solutions for customers
- Drive to reach and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Hunger to learn and grow within the role (and beyond)
- Positive and resilient approach to customer service in a busy environment
- Experience in a customer-facing role
