We are seeking an ambitious Training Officer to drive our training programs and contribute to the growth of our team.
* The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Coal Handling Preparation Plant or Maintenance department, with a strong understanding of training systems and programs.
* They will possess excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with a proven ability to develop training tools, including e-learning, simulation programs, and site training packages.
* A Certificate in Training and Assessment is highly regarded, as well as experience in Open Cut Mining Environments or similar.
About the Role:
This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with the Training Coordinator, providing on-the-ground support, coaching, and mentoring to employees and line management on the site's Training Management System.
You will be responsible for enhancing the site's training standards, ensuring industry best practices and compliance, and contributing to the development of training policies and procedures.
