We're looking for an experienced Mine Site Parts Coordinator to join our team at McArthur River Mine, supporting on-site parts supply and ensuring customers get what they need, when they need it. This is a permanent, 7 days on/ 7 days off roster.
What you'll be doing
As a Mine Site Parts Coordinator at Hastings Deering, you will:
* Deliver quality service - Manufacture and assemble fluid hoses while supporting customers with their on-site requirements.
* Back your detail - Identify and troubleshoot hose solutions to keep equipment running.
* Stay organised - Receive on-site orders for immediate and planned work, monitor inventory and maintain stock levels.
* Follow the right procedures - Use up-to-date service information systems for instructions, specifications and processes.
* Do it once, do it right - Ensure every task is completed to a high standard without the need for rework.
* Drive improvement - Provide updates and feedback to support ongoing process improvement.
* Champion genuine CAT parts - Promote and advise on genuine Caterpillar parts to maximise reliability and performance.

What you'll need:
A successful teammate will have experience in:
* Experience that counts - Hose Technician qualifications (training provided) and/or relevant work experience.
* Strong communicator - excellent communication skills with a genuine customer focus.
* Tech Savvy - Demonstrated experience with laptops, tablets, parts systems and general technology
* Organised and efficient - strong time management skills to keep jobs on track.
* Team player - able to work well with others as well as independently when required.
* Safety minded - committed to maintaining high workplace health and safety standards at all times.
