As a Casual Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and assisting customers in finding the perfect Rodd & Gunn apparel and accessories to suit their style and needs. This is a casual position, offering flexible working hours to accommodate the busy holiday shopping season.
Responsibilities
Providing personalised and attentive customer service to ensure an exceptional shopping experience
Assisting customers in selecting the right products by understanding their preferences and needs
Maintaining a well-presented and visually appealing store environment
Restocking and organising merchandise to ensure the store is always customer-ready
Processing sales transactions efficiently and accurately
Adhering to Rodd & Gunn's brand standards and policies
Qualifications
Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably in the fashion industry
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers
Strong product knowledge and a passion for fashion and style
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work well in a team and under pressure during peak periods
