About the role
This is a fast‐paced, customer‐facing role where no two shifts are the same. You'll be working across retail sites providing a strong security presence, monitoring activity, and responding to incidents as they arise. You'll combine strong situational awareness with great customer service—supporting both safety and a positive in‐store experience.

Shift Pattern
Ability to work rotating day and night shifts of 12 hours
Key responsibilities
* Conduct routine patrols and security checks
* Maintain a visible security presence to deter theft and anti‐social behaviour
* Monitor CCTV and on‐site activity, identifying and responding to risks
* Respond to incidents and de‐escalate conflicts professionally and safely
* Provide excellent customer service while supporting store operations and safety
About You
* Must have Security Licence, Classification 1A (Unarmed Guarding)
* Valid First Aid Certificate (3 years validity) with current CPR Certificate (1 year validity)
* Ability to clear an Australian Police Check
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to remain calm and professional in busy retail environments
* Good observation skills and confidence to manage and de‐escalate incidents
