Are you passionate about baking and eager to learn the art of crafting delicious pastries, bread, and confections? Look no further We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as either a fully qualified Baker/Pastry Chef or Apprentice Baker.

About Us

At Mick's Brad Kitchen, we take pride in creating mouthwatering pies to decadent baked goods that delight our customers' taste buds. We infuse passion and creativity into everything we make. As an apprentice, you'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced bakers in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

· Assist in preparing and baking a variety of products, including bread, pastries, and desserts.

· Learn and follow recipes, techniques, and safety procedures under the guidance of our skilled bakers.

· Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the bakery, including equipment and workstations.

· Provide excellent customer service by assisting with enquiries and fulfilling orders with a smile.

Requirements

· Passion for baking and a desire to develop your skills in a fast-paced bakery setting.

· Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

· Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn from constructive feedback.

· Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

· Previous experience in a bakery or food service environment is a plus but not required.
