We are seeking a Learning and Multimedia Specialist who will play a key role in designing and delivering innovative, technology-driven learning solutions that enhance performance across the business and dealer network. Blending front-end development, eLearning design, and multimedia production, this role creates engaging, user-centric digital learning experiences within the Learning Experience Platform. Working closely with stakeholders and SMEs, the position translates business needs into scalable, high-quality learning solutions.
This role requires a full-time, on-site presence, five days a week, to foster collaboration, strengthen team connections, and ensure seamless support across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver end-to-end digital learning solutions, partnering with SMEs to translate complex product, systems, and frontline capability into engaging, structured eLearning and blended experiences.
* Produce multimedia learning assets, including video and digital content, to enhance engagement and support effective delivery across eLearning, face-to-face, and virtual training.
* Integrate systems and data via LMS/LXP APIs, while building Power BI and Power Query dashboards to track learner engagement, completion, and performance insights.
* Provide technical expertise and project support across L&D, managing multiple initiatives and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

With experience across eLearning development, front-end technologies and data-driven insights, you know how to turn complex information into engaging, user-friendly outcomes. You're proactive, collaborative and confident working with stakeholders to deliver learning that makes a real impact.
To be successful
* Relevant tertiary qualification in Multimedia, Learning Design, IT, Web Development
* Experience in digital learning or L&D, spanning both technical development and learning design
* Proven experience in eLearning development using tools such as Articulate Rise and Storyline, including working with SMEs to deliver structured learning solutions.
* Demonstrated capability in multimedia development, including video and digital asset creation to support learning solutions.
* Experience in systems integration and APIs, along with reporting and analytics using tools such as Excel, Power BI and Power Query.
* Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions.
