About the Role You’ll work closely with the General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel. Delivering exceptional guest experiences, you’ll lead from the front, supporting the team, and ensuring guests and colleagues can rely on you for assistance and advice. Your Key Responsibilities Oversee daily hotel operations to deliver smooth performance and outstanding service Drive revenue strategies and support financial performance Support budgeting, forecasting, financial administration and audits with the General Manager Manage rosters and timesheets in line with HIGA guidelines and payroll deadlines Recruit, onboard, train and manage team members Be available for on-site and off-site issue resolution when required About You You’ve spent a few years honing your skills in a senior hotel leadership role, building your understanding of operations and commercial acumen.
