• 关注澳洲移民、教育政策及行业动态,分析目标市场、客户需求及竞争环境
• 负责小红书和微信公众号的内容策划与日常运营,使用Canva、剪映或其他修图和剪辑工具,优化社交媒体及推广内容的视觉效果
• 制定高效的客户获取与转化策略,优化获客成本和效果,整合各平台客户线索,筛选潜在客户并利用CRM系统管理客户数据,与销售部门积极配合,合理分配客户资源并追踪转化来源
• 负责公司的品牌建设,提升品牌知名度和影响力,组织和策划与移民和留学相关的推广活动如地推、讲座和公开课等
• 与教育机构、移民律师和房地产开发商等相关产业建立并维护合作关系,充分整合各方优势资源,协同推动公司业务发展

Merchants Prosperity Education and Immigration, established in 2016, is a well-established Australian local company specializing in study abroad and immigration services. The Melbourne headquarters company is located at 255 Bourke Street, Melbourne VIC 3000. Sydney Office located 1 Macquarie St, Sydney NSW 2000. Since its inception, we have been dedicated to providing high-quality services to international students and new immigrants. Our team consists of Australian-registered lawyers, migration agents, and education consultants who work in office. The office offers a pleasant working environment with convenient access to transportation, situated close to Melbourne's Chinatown. We are now hiring for multiple positions (Employer Sponsorship Available) and sincerely invite experienced professionals to join us.

• Monitor Australian immigration and education policies, industry trends, and market dynamics; analyze target markets, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
• Manage content planning and daily operations for Rednote and WeChat Official Account, enhance the visual quality of social media and promotional materials using Canva, CapCut, or other design and editing tools.
• Develop effective customer acquisition and conversion strategies, optimizing acquisition costs and performance; consolidate leads from various platforms, identify potential clients, and manage customer data through CRM systems; collaborate closely with the sales team to allocate resources effectively and track conversion sources.
• Oversee brand development to enhance brand awareness and market influence, organize and execute promotional activities related to migration and education, such as offline campaigns, seminars, and open classes.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with educational institutions, migration agents, and real estate developers to integrate industry resources and drive business growth collaboratively.

• Australian PR or Citizen preferred
• Fluent in Mandarin and English

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
