**Marketing Campaign Copywriter**

You will constantly be looking how to tweak copy to be as punchy, engaging, lively and informative as possible in content and communications across many formats - in particular online copy, blogs and articles or in partner and business communications
- Working with marketing and communications team colleagues to develop integrated marketing campaign content
- Copywriting: advertising, campaign messaging, linkedin posts, website copy, video scripts
- Bring your understanding of SEO and content marketing principles and best practice to develop content for blogs, whitepapers etc. usually insurance or risk technical content
- Proofreading, review of tone of voice, general responsibility for elevation of comms standards and helping others across the team deliver content and campaigns to these
- Working with global editorial team and other global content stakeholders to collaborate, share learnings and strategies.
- Working closely with digital marketing specialists in the team to use data and insights to improve our content's performance, audience engagement, and inform future strategies including SEO insights.
- Overall content production for our core websites
- Project management of comms projects and facilitating steps in the go live process including legal approval, website authoring.

**What you need to have**:
- A degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or business / commerce with a major in one of these areas
- 2-3 years in a communications agency environment, media organization, or corporate marketing/communications team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to be able to take the perspective of the reader and in the development of your content with particular strength in copywriting and storytelling
- The ability to deliver within quick turnaround times and tackle a brief on short notice.
- Marsh is a global organisation and part of this role involves building networks and connections globally and within a matrix reporting structure - this will involve periodic calls with colleagues in other parts of the world which may be required outside core business hours.
