About the Role
As a Mine Services Pump and Earthworks Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver optimal results while ensuring a safe working environment.
* Establish a positive and productive working culture between team members and other departments
* Ensure high standards of Health, Safety, Environment and Culture (HSEC) are applied by departmental personnel
* Continuously identify opportunities to improve performance, people, processes and systems
* Enhance pumping and earthworks operations and practices across the department
* Promote sound business acumen in areas of Safety, Culture, Productivity and Costs
* Develop cross-functional relationships with other areas to support operations delivery
* Have a solid understanding of business systems and processes
* Cultivate and review all personnel to ensure their skills are optimized to their full potential
* Previous supervisory experience within a similar role is highly desirable
