We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to spearhead our recruitment efforts in Brisbane. With 30 years of growth and experience, we need someone who can partner with line managers to provide guidance and coaching across the employee lifecycle, focusing on strategic recruitment initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for blue-collar and white-collar roles specific to Mining, ensuring timely and cost-effective outcomes.
* Develop comprehensive interview guides reflecting competencies required for each role advertised, driving candidate engagement and selection excellence.
* Maintain compliance requirements throughout the recruitment process, upholding industry standards.
* Nurture business development opportunities with external recruitment and labour hire agencies, fostering mutually beneficial partnerships.
* Design strategies to engage diverse talent pipelines, promoting inclusive hiring practices.
* Cordinate the employee on-boarding experience and induction, ensuring seamless transitions.
* Collaborate with the People and Capability Team to identify, establish, improve, and maintain people-related processes and projects, driving organizational efficiency.
Requirements:
* HR Degree or relevant work experience, demonstrating a deep understanding of recruitment principles.
* Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple high-volume recruitment roles in fast-paced environments.
* Proven expertise in blue-collar & white-collar recruitment, with a strong track record of success.
* Sound project management, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize competing tasks effectively.
