We're looking for a Senior BAS Technician who wants to be trusted with responsibility, respected for their expertise, and involved in delivering some of the most advanced integrated building and automation solutions in Australia.
In this role, you'll be the technical lead on complex projects—working with building automation systems, Energy management and intelligent building systems across premium commercial, hospitality, and bespoke residential sites. You'll be hands‐on where it matters, mentoring others, solving real problems, and seeing your work come to life on site.

Key Responsibilities

* Work with the team to identify, implement and build on existing procedures.
Skills and Experience
* 5‐years minimum experience delivering technical solutions.
* Excellent knowledge of BAS, EMS protocols and application knowledge.
* Excellent knowledge of IP networks and application knowledge.
* Excellent knowledge of IoT devices and application knowledge.
* Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible/innovative approach to problems and opportunities.
* High level written and verbal communication skills.
* Read & understand electrical drawings and documents.
* Good understanding of commercial contracts.
* Provide higher level technical advice and support to Technicians and Apprentices including high‐level troubleshooting on project sites, to other team members.
* Ability to learn & understand new things.
* Ability to assist &/or deploy projects technically.
* Time management.
* Sound work ethic.
* Organisational skills.
* Ability to manage and instruct fellow employees & clients.
* Commercial experience.
* Current Safety Awareness Induction Card.
