Administration and Finance Manager - Westfield Innaloo

Responsibilities

Day to day, you'll be responsible for:

* Leading the development of annual asset budgets and ensuring financial performance aligns with targets
* Managing and analysing centre profit and loss reports, including monthly accruals, journals, and prepayments
* Conducting timely financial risk and opportunity assessments, presenting insights and recommendations to the Asset Team
* Supporting the Centre Manager with retailer relations, administrative functions, and maintaining retailer standards
* Performing bi-monthly budget forecasting to ensure financial agility
* Overseeing daily banking, reconciliations, accounts payable, and the smooth operation of the centre office
* Participating in duty management on a rotating weekend roster (with a day off in lieu)

* Solid financial management experience, including profit and loss oversight and budget control
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
