About the Role
This is a hands‐on leadership role where you'll be visible, present, and deeply connected to your team and guests.
You'll lead the day‐to‐day operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance, setting the tone through your leadership and building a culture that people are proud to be part of.
You'll:
* Bring the hotel to life through exceptional guest experiences
* Lead, coach and develop your team to be their best
* Drive performance, accountability, and commercial results
* Build strong connections with the local community and partners
* Balance operational excellence with genuine care and purpose
Working closely with Parramatta Mission and La Vie's support team, you'll help shape a hotel that delivers both results and impact.
