About the Role
Are you ready to take the next step in your pharmacy career in a dynamic hospital setting?
We're looking for a passionate and motivated pharmacist to join our Slade Pharmacy team at Brunswick Private Hospital in a permanent part-time capacity, working Sundays.
This role offers a unique opportunity to deliver impactful clinical pharmacy services across a diverse patient population, including rehabilitation, general medicine, and mental health.
You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support the safe and effective use of medicines, contribute to patient care planning, and provide education and counselling to patients and staff.

Rostered Hours
Sunday - 9:00am – 12:00pm
Key Responsibilities
Expand your role into clinical care and provide clinical pharmacy services including conducting medication history interviews, medication reconciliation and discharge summaries at transfers of care
Be efficient and effective at dispensing and distribution of medications
Provide medication counselling & education to patients
Work cooperatively and effectively with multidisciplinary teams and provide advice regarding patient care
Monitor the accuracy of prescriptions dispensed by pharmacy technicians
Develop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service to clients and patients
Contribute to training and educational sessions for pharmacy, nursing, medical staff and allied health professionals
Assist to oversee imprest services and continuity of medication supply
About You
AHPRA registered pharmacist with previous experience in an Australian based pharmacy
Strong knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS)
Have time management, communication, and teamwork skills
Be flexible and adaptable working with a diverse team
Embrace change and commit to learning
Value attention to detail and able to work autonomously
