In this role, you'll be a trusted go‑to for HR guidance, the champion of our people processes, and a key player in ensuring our teams feel connected, supported, and set up for success. This role is expected to work across both our Clarkson and Osborne Park offices. Key Responsibilities
* Provide HR support across the business and uphold Dovida's culture and values.
* Manage the employment lifecycle including onboarding, probation, performance reviews and engagement initiatives.
* Oversee training and development, ensuring all Caregivers and Key Players meet compliance and skill requirements.
* Maintain employment documentation and compliance, including records, audits and legislative requirements.
* Lead WHS, ensuring incidents, safety requirements and reporting are managed effectively.
About you
* People‑focused communicator who is warm, approachable and confident supporting employees at all levels.
* High‑level administrative and business skills with strong computer literacy.
* Diploma in HR (or working towards it) is highly desirable.
* Able to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
* Culture champion who genuinely enjoys building engagement, supporting development and creating a positive employee experience.
