Based at Narellan Key support role to our retail teams Broad focus across operations, compliance, performance and continuous improvement Our Sydney region is now looking to appoint a dynamic and experienced IMB employee to fulfill the role of Regional Business Support Manager to help drive and support the improvement and performance of the Retail Network's operational and compliance requirements across both regions. This is an integral role which provides much needed operational support to the regions and works closely with the Regional Manager, Branch Managers and staff in continuously improving the performance and capability in this area and to meet regulatory reporting, operational and compliance obligations. Working across various branch locations, the RBSM will work closely with branch staff and departments across a variety of areas ranging from operations and facility coordination, rostering, compliance, business analysis and reporting, process review and improvement, and regional project input to ensure business outcomes are achieved. With competing priorities on a daily basis, the RBSM's ability to multitask, prioritise, and pull things together whilst negotiating and influencing others to deliver to the business will be critical to success. Additionally, a passion to improve the status quo, overcome obstacles and identify areas where procedural and systematic improvements can be made will be highly valued. We'd love to hear from you if you: Are a current IMB staff member and your strength lies in operations, compliance and process improvement Have knowledge of and a successful track record in branch operations and compliance with favorable audit results Are a great communicator (written and verbal) and with your knowledge and credibility are able to consult, coach and influence others to satisfactorily complete relevant tasks and requirements Have contributed to projects or process/system improvements or have implemented any new initiatives based on the staff and/or member experience Are analytically adept - able to interpret information and provide relevant and timely reporting Are proficient in systems including MS Word, Excel Prosper, BDS, Everest Have exceptional organisational skills with previous admin and coordination experience Are flexible and readily able and willing to travel between branch locations in the region, and interstate at times as required Embrace change, have a positive approach to continuous improvement in our ever changing retail banking environment.
