**The Company**

**The Role**
You will be working in a multidisciplinary production team, collaborating with multiple game development teams to craft ideas, define and bring clarity to the product vision of their games.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring that the designs follow the product vision
- Design complex game systems that communicate concepts concisely and with clarity
- Communicating and present game features to the team and clients
- Collect feedback to ensure game features are truly understood and backed by all stakeholders
- Develop new design ideas and suggestions to fit with a design brief
- Maintaining updated and clear game design documentation
**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role you will need at least 3 years experience as a game designer. As the game portfolio you will be working on is diverse there is no preference for types of games, but variety through your career to date or AAA titles would be advantageous.
