Our Youth Accommodation Service offers safety, stability and a chance to reset. As a Youth Worker, you will be part of the team that walks alongside them as they rebuild confidence and move toward independence.# **About the role**This is meaningful, people centred work. Every shift is different. You might be helping a young person navigate a tough moment, supporting them to access services, or creating a calm and welcoming space where they can feel grounded again. You will be part of a small and committed team that shows up with compassion, consistency and respect.This is a casual position with shifts offered as needed.
