We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Specialist / Consultant with a strong Data Analytics focus to join a growing technology team delivering modern business solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on specialist who enjoys designing, building and optimising low-code solutions, automated workflows and data-driven insights that drive real business impact. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to design and implement scalable applications, advanced automation and data analytics solutions, while supporting and enhancing Dynamics 365 environments. Key Responsibilities Design, develop and maintain solutions using Power Apps Build and optimise complex workflows using Power Automate Develop and manage Dataverse data models and integrations Create high-quality Power BI dashboards and reports to support data analytics and business intelligence Deliver end-to-end data analytics solutions using Microsoft technologies Support, deploy and enhance Dynamics 365 environments Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting and optimisation of existing platforms About You Strong hands-on experience across the Microsoft Power Platform Proven expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Power BI Demonstrated experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence Experience working with Dynamics 365 (deployment, configuration and support) Solid understanding of data modelling, integrations and business process automation Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Consulting or stakeholder-facing experience will be highly regarded What’s on Offer Competitive salary based on experience and capability Hybrid working environment with flexibility Role based in Newcastle / Central Coast Opportunity to work on modern, enterprise-level data analytics platforms Supportive team culture with strong career development opportunities This role is ideal for a Power Platform professional with a passion for data analytics who wants to take ownership of end-to-end solutions and play a key role in driving digital transformation across the business.
