Employment Type: Full Time 38 hours per week
Pay: $42.38 - $68.53 per hour (based on qualification level and experience) + Superannuation + Benefits
In this role, you will:
* Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care.
* Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team.
* Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence.
* Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide.
About Goodstart Pialba:
We are a small, 74-place centre with long-term staff, most of whom have been with us for 5 to 15 years. We are proud that our staff speak a variety of languages, including Māori and Italian, which are included in our diverse programming for the children in our care. We also enjoy incorporating our families' cultures into the curriculum, helping to strengthen the connection between home and the centre. Conveniently located on the main street in Hervey, we have a wonderful bush tucker garden that children and families enjoy tending to regularly.
