The team services a diverse client base across SMEs, family groups, high-net-worth individuals, and corporate entities, providing exposure to complex and rewarding work.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a diverse portfolio of business clients across multiple industries.
Review work prepared by junior staff and provide mentorship.
Prepare and review financial statements, income tax returns, and BAS.
Assist partners with advisory and tax planning projects.
Liaise directly with clients to deliver high-quality service and advice.
Play a key role in process improvement and client strategy.
About You
CA qualified (or equivalent).
5+ years' experience in business services or tax within public practice.
Strong technical knowledge across accounting and taxation.
Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
Desire to move into a leadership/manager role within the next 6 months.
Confident mentoring junior team members and managing workflow.
