About this Role
As a Personal Carer, you will support residents in their daily living activities, ensuring dignity and respect. This role involves promoting independence and well-being, encouraging residents to maintain their quality of life.
You will work collaboratively with other team members including nurses, allied health professionals, lifestyle, and hospitality staff to deliver exceptional resident experiences.
* Assist with mobility and equipment use to ensure resident safety and comfort.
* Provide emotional support and create a warm, nurturing environment for residents.
* Document care activities accurately in our system and adhere to best practices.
* Work closely with healthcare professionals, residents, and their families to provide holistic care.

About You
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability)
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Experience in a similar role within Aged Care
