You will be trained, mentored, and supported by your teammates, Site Manager and General Manager while staying in the local community and learning lifelong skills.
This position is responsible for the efficient, effective and safe operation of all areas under their control as Assistant Ginner.
This is an opportunity to build on your career in this unique manufacturing/mechanical/agricultural space in Kununurra.Remuneration range will be tailored to the level of the role and to the individual depending on qualifications, experience, and knowledge.
Relocation expenses can also be negotiated (if required).
ResponsibilitiesOperate the assigned areas under supervision with safety, efficiency and adherence to best practices.
Learn and apply plant processes and maintenance routines; identify weaknesses in processes and implement improvements.
Work independently as a self-starter when required and collaborate as a team member.
Interact effectively with all levels of employees and external stakeholders.
