Administration Officer Position

About the Role
The Administration Officer will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that patients receive a seamless experience. This includes supporting admissions and reception, coordinating with clinical and administrative staff, and completing general clerical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a busy reception area and provide exceptional front-line service
2. Answer and redirect calls professionally and efficiently
3. Organize bookings and prepare admission paperwork
4. Conduct follow-up requests and make reminder calls
5. Maintain accurate medical records and filing systems
6. Perform health fund checks and manage excess/co-payment collection
7. Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff across departments
8. Complete general clerical and data entry tasks as required
