About the Role:
You'll be part of our Technology Team, ensuring seamless and secure operation of production systems. Your primary goal will be to guarantee the reliability and efficiency of our platforms.
To succeed, you'll need a strong background in systems engineering and automation, experience in release processes, observability, security, network infrastructure, datastores, and disaster recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor system health and ensure operational stability and security
* Automate and optimize platform operations
* Collaborate with software engineers to drive automation, scalability, and efficiency
* Analyze, test, and modify systems to improve reliability and performance
* Apply AWS and GCP knowledge to create and maintain cloud infrastructure
* Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with the development team
Requirements:
* Strong understanding of SRE Principles and best practices
* Experience with modern observability tools like Datadog, Elasticsearch, Prometheus, Grafana
* Familiarity with container technology like Docker and Kubernetes
* Comfortable scripting and developing internal tooling with Bash and at least one programming language
* Solid understanding of networking and system architecture
* Good knowledge of AWS and/or GCP platforms
