Marketing Automation Role
This role involves coordinating the development and implementation of marketing automation plans and activities.
Responsibilities include designing and implementing marketing automation journeys, workflows and campaigns using Marketo or similar platforms.
Developing and managing automated marketing campaigns to build engagement and generate leads across customer segments is also a key aspect of this role.
Setting benchmarks, testing, tracking and optimising campaigns continuously to improve results and providing reports on performance are essential skills required for this position.
Ensuring quality data management from CRM and other data sources for automated campaigns while adhering to data requirements is another crucial responsibility.
Undertaking performance reviews and analysing marketing and campaign initiatives is also an important part of this job.
Key Requirements:
* Proven expertise in Marketo (or similar) marketing automation platform.
* Demonstrated ability or understanding in CRM use and analysis for segment creation and campaign reporting.
* Ability to measure campaigns through the use of reporting and analysis, including a solid understanding of Google Analytics and campaign tracking.
* Experience in Campaign Management from concept to reporting.
* Experience with Task/Project Management - Atlassian JIRA preferred.
* Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or Digital will be highly regarded.
