We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead, develop and drive the performance of our Membership Consultant team.
This is a leadership-first role, where success is measured by team output, efficiency and consistency. The commission structure is intentionally designed to reward leaders who lift the entire team — not just top performers.
This role requires:
Demonstrated ability to build team-first culture in competitive sales environments — not just manage top performers
Proven experience developing, training and mentoring sales consultants (all industry experience is welcome)
Strong command of sales KPIs and performance data
Ability to coach individuals, lift underperformers and raise team standards
Confidence reporting to senior leadership and building supporting resources
Relentless drive to achieve targets and lead with accountability
