Key Duties
* Assist with event set-up and pack-in on Friday (marquees, signage, staging zones, activation areas)
* Support live event operations on Saturday, including guest flow, artist support, and zone coordination
* Work alongside our Head of Events to help manage brand activations with partners like Converse, Amazon, Colgate, HBO, etc.
* Assist with volunteer coordination, check-ins, and communication
* Support the delivery of essential services areas (medical, mental health, DV, Indigenous, LGBTQIA+ support zones)
Skills & Experience Needed
* Reliable, enthusiastic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Interested in events, music, production, logistics, media, or community work
* Strong communicators and willing to work collaboratively
* Able to follow direction from senior event staff
* Comfortable being on their feet and working outdoors
* Positive, adaptable, and solution-focused
