A 12-month contract that gives you stability with variety every day A tight-knit, positive team that celebrates wins and supports each other A lovely office culture where people genuinely enjoy coming to work Monday to Friday only with easy parking What you'll be doing Preparing agency agreements, contracts, and compliance documents Coordinating marketing campaigns - signboards, brochures, and property launches Managing Agentbox CRM and sales trust account Launching listings online with polish and accuracy Processing and receipting deposits into the trust account Chasing contracts and liaising with solicitors, vendors, and buyers Keeping everything running smoothly for a high-performing sales team The IT you'll use Agentbox (CRM + sales trust) Engage, Realty Assist & Real Time Agent Campaign Express/Manager for signboards and brochures About you You're highly organised and detail-driven, with real estate admin experience You bring energy and positivity to your role You're confident juggling deadlines and love being the glue that holds it all together You want to be part of a genuinely supportive, people-first workplace If you're ready for a role where you'll feel valued, supported, and surrounded by excellent people, this 12-month contract could be the perfect fit.
