An exciting opportunity to join a leading national retail property owner as Marketing Executive for a well-established shopping centre in Perth's south. This is a hands-on, centre-based role where you will deliver tactical marketing initiatives that drive foot traffic, support retailers and enhance the customer experience.
The Opportunity
As Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of local area marketing activity across campaigns, events and digital channels. You will work collaboratively with internal teams including Brand, Digital, Leasing and Centre Operations to ensure marketing initiatives are customer-led, commercially focused and delivered to a high standard.
This role offers exposure to a sophisticated retail platform, structured marketing frameworks and strong leadership support, ideal for a marketer looking to further develop within the retail property sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute local marketing campaigns aligned to national programs and centre objectives
* Plan and deliver centre events and activations end‐to‐end, including contractor coordination and on‐site management
* Support digital and social media activity in collaboration with specialist teams
* Prepare creative briefs and coordinate content production across channels
* Build strong relationships with retailers and support new store openings
* Manage customer communications including in‐centre collateral and announcements
* Monitor traffic and sales data and contribute to post‐campaign reporting
* Assist with budget management including forecasting, purchase orders and invoicing
* Ensure marketing activity complies with legal, risk and governance requirements
* Provide operational marketing support during key trading period
About You
* Proven experience in retail or shopping centre marketing
* Strong capability delivering campaigns, events and activations
* Confident working with multiple stakeholders across Centre, Leasing and Digital teams
* Highly organised with strong financial and reporting capability
* Commercially minded, data‐driven and customer‐focused
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or similar preferred
