Our client is a privately owned property development and investment group with a growing portfolio across Queensland. With an active pipeline of mixed-use, retail and commercial assets, they are seeking a Leasing Executive to support and deliver end-to-end leasing outcomes across their portfolio.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role suited to someone who enjoys both front-end deal making and back-end execution, and who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
The Opportunity
Reporting into senior leadership, you will play a key role in driving leasing performance across managed and development assets. The role blends business development, tenant engagement, negotiation, and transaction management, with strong exposure to strategy and portfolio growth.
You will be empowered to self-source deals, leverage your network, and work closely with internal stakeholders to progress opportunities from initial enquiry through to executed lease.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, qualify and secure high-quality tenants across the portfolio
* Proactively source leasing opportunities through market engagement and networking
* Lead or support lease negotiations and deal execution end-to-end
* Manage vacancy pipelines and actively convert leads to executed leases
* Conduct market research, rental benchmarking and competitor analysis
* Prepare and manage leasing documentation, approvals and compliance requirements
* Maintain accurate records across CRM systems, leasing documentation and incentives
* Support forecasting, revenue tracking and commercial reporting
* Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, agents and stakeholders
About You
* Proven experience in commercial, retail or mixed-use leasing
* Strong deal-origination capability with confidence in negotiation and closing
* Commercially astute with attention to detail across documentation and compliance
* Comfortable working across multiple deals and priorities simultaneously
* Strong relationship builder with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
* Experience working within a developer or landlord environment highly regarded
