We’re seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to step into a float position, providing high-level administrative and legal support across a variety of practice areas including Workers Compensation, Insurance Litigation, Workplace Relations and Wills & Estates. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work and is confident navigating different legal teams and workflows. What You’ll Be Doing: Managing multiple calendars, court deadlines and reminders Preparing files, legal and court documents, and general correspondence Filing court documents online across various jurisdictions Maintaining both digital and physical files Booking meetings, appointments and coordinating travel Typing and collating documents with high attention to detail Assisting with billing, time entries and invoice finalisation What We’re Looking For: Previous experience as a legal secretary, ideally across a few legal disciplines Proactive and adaptable with a can-do attitude Excellent organisational and time-management skills Confident communication skills and a team-focused mindset Strong attention to detail and a high level of discretion Why Join Us: This is more than just a job.
