Responsibilities

The Paediatric Nurse Educator will be responsible for the planning, development, delivery, and evaluation of service-level education programs that support the provision of evidence-based, person-centred care within the paediatric specialty.

The Nurse Educator will work in partnership with ISLHD paediatric specialty services, leadership teams, key education stakeholders, and broader hospital teams to develop, implement, and evaluate education programs relevant to the paediatric specialty. The role will maintain a strong focus on quality and safety through effective stakeholder engagement, leadership, and collaboration.

Qualifications
* Applicable vaccination requirements for a Category A role.
* Working With Children Check (WWCC)
* Current AHPRA Registration
* Valid NSW Drivers Licence
* Holds post registration clinical or education qualifications relevant to the position or qualifications deemed equivalent by ISLHD.
