What We’re Looking For Previous leadership experience in a high-volume, quality-driven venue Current physical residency in Australia with valid local working rights. A calm, confident leadership style that builds trust and motivates teams. Strong guest-focus with an eye for detail Solid understanding of rostering, budgets, and cost control (for management roles) Experience with systems like Deputy, POS, and stock management Availability for weekends, nights, and peak service times What You’ll Get Competitive salary $65K–$90K super, depending on role and experience.
