About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Refrigeration lead Technician to join our growing team. This role is focused on servicing cool rooms, freezer rooms, ice machines, supermarket cases, display fridges and commercial refrigeration and Air conditioning equipment across our client base including:
* Hotels & pubs
* Supermarkets
* Liquor stores
* Hospitality venues
Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose and repair refrigeration faults (mechanical & electrical)
* Service, maintain and commission refrigeration systems
* Perform breakdown callouts and scheduled maintenance
* Complete reports, compliance paperwork, and safety documentation
* Communicate directly with clients and deliver high standards of service
Required Experience & Licences
* Commercial Refrigeration experience is essential
* Minimum 3 years experience as fully qualified technician servicing commercial refrigeration systems
* ARCtick licence – Refrigerant Handling Licence (must have)
* Trade qualified (Cert III Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent)
* Solid fault-finding ability (mechanical/electrical)
* Australian Driver's Licence
* Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
* Experience with supermarket racks, supermarket cases, or liquor store refrigeration systems
* Valid Australian work rights or appropriate visa authorising employment in Australia
