About the Role
We are seeking a Training and Compliance Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, where you will provide administrative and operational support for all learning, education, and compliance activities across MYVISTA.
This position plays a key role in coordinating training sessions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring our workforce remains compliant with MYVISTA's standards and the Aged Care Quality Standards.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and adhere to MYVISTA's Purpose, Vision, Values and Code of Conduct in all interactions.
Schedule and coordinate internal and external training sessions.
Maintain and update training matrices and compliance registers.
Upload completion records into the Learning Management System (LMS).
Follow up on overdue or upcoming mandatory training.
Assist with training reminders, attendance records, and reports.
Support audits and contribute to continuous improvement in training systems.
Provide professional, customer-focused support to staff and managers.
Experience in administration, compliance, or HR support (ideally in aged care or a similar setting).
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Confidence in using Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
A professional and confidential approach to all work.
Current National Police Clearance and Driver's License.
