In this casual logistics and operations support role, you’ll play a key part in preparing equipment for service delivery and supporting supply chain activities—all while completing a nationally recognised Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations (Warehousing) at no cost to you. Key Responsibilities Track job timelines and update internal systems (SAP, ESM, FLM) Receive and process incoming stock and equipment movements Assist with data entry and coordination tasks Operate warehouse equipment Liaise with coordinators and other departments to manage equipment movement Perform administrative tasks for imports, exports, and inter-location shipments Prepare equipment for operations under supervision About You We’re looking for someone who is: A strong communicator and a reliable team player A problem-solver with a hands-on mindset Keen to learn new systems and grow within a global company Organised and safety-conscious No prior experience in the energy sector is necessary—just a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to doing things right.
