Business Development Executive (BDE) – National Sales Role

$75,000 – $90,000 base + uncapped commission

Plumbing Bros is one of Australia’s fastest-growing trade businesses, now with 10 partners covering 18 territories across 5 states. Our vision is bold: 33 locations in the next three years, including the launch of our new Electrical Bros model.

We’re expanding our national sales team and seeking a driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate B2B opportunities for our interstate partners.

What You’ll Do

Generate B2B sales opportunities nationwide — your outreach will primarily be remote, supporting our partners across multiple states (you’ll be based in WA but selling interstate).

Prospect through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and virtual meetings (Zoom/Teams) — occasional in-person meetings may happen, but the majority is remote.

Manage and track pipelines in our CRM (GoHighLevel).

Research, build, and maintain targeted lead lists.

Build relationships across various industries, including property management, facilities management, strata management, hospitality, and government.

Contribute to Plumbing Bros’ vision of 33 locations nationally.

About You

Some sales or customer-facing experience (telesales, B2B, retail, customer service) is ideal — but attitude matters more than years of experience.

Resilient, ambitious, and target-driven.

A natural communicator who builds rapport quickly, even over the phone or video call.

Self-motivated with the discipline to thrive in a remote, structured role (where CRM and activity tracking drive success).

Hungry to grow into a full Business Development Manager career pathway.
