A temporary opportunity exists for an individual with proven administration experience, to join Wellington Shire Council on a full-time basis.
This role will see you work across two business units:
- Communities, Facilities and Emergencies
- Built Environment.
You will provide efficient and effective administrative and office management support to assist in the recovery from the June 2021 storm and flood event.
**What your day will look like**:
- Scheduling meetings
- Creating agendas
- Drafting letters
- Organising procurement and invoicing
- Reporting and record management
- What experience do you have in a high-level administration role?
- How have you developed your communication skills? What do you do to liaise effectively with people within and without your organisation?
- When have you had to work collaboratively in a fast-changing team workplace?
- What is your level of experience in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and word processing?
- How do you set priorities to make sure that you meet the deadlines?
