Job Title: Production Process Optimisation Specialist
This is an exceptional opportunity to join our Dubbo site and play a pivotal role in enhancing manufacturing processes for a leading pet food business. As we embark on a journey towards automation, we are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to drive efficiency and innovation across our production lines.
* Analyse and design production processes to boost performance and reduce costs.
* Lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, collaborating with the Operations and Maintenance team to achieve continuous improvement.
* Monitor manufacturing process performance and deliver quality and productivity enhancements.
* Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and provide training to production staff.
* Support new product scale-up projects and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you will possess:
* A degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
* Experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments.
* Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
* Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other Continuous Improvement methodologies.
* A proactive mindset, excellent communication, and teamwork skills.
