We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive sales growth and market share in the Perth Metro Area. As a Territory Manager, you will promote our Obesity and Metabolic Health portfolio to key surgeons and clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Promote and sell Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer.
* Accountable for meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Develop and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders including procurement and healthcare professionals.
* Pursue leads, assess needs, and provide product services to maximize benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services.
* Promote education of company's products and/or services.
* Conduct market research including customers and competitor activities.
* Promote 'win as a team' mentality and support colleagues and synergistic portfolios where possible.
* Implement market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Science, Nursing or Business related discipline.
* Proven sales experience selling into hospitals with a success track record in the medical devices industry.
* Strong understanding of Australia public and private healthcare system and experience working within Operating Theatres.
* Solid clinical knowledge with ability to build strong working relationships with key surgeons and other medical staff.
* Self-motivated with resilient attitude who strives to exceed customer expectations and deliver outstanding results.
