**Make an impact at Serco**

As a **Travel Administrator** in the **Procurement - Travel & Events** team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless corporate travel operations. Your work will be key in handling travel requests, policy compliance, expense reconciliation, and financial reporting.

As a **Travel Administrator**, you'll make a positive impact by:

- Managing end-to-end reconciliation for hotel and car hire charges
- Processing travel bookings, including air, hotel, car hire, and rail requests
- Ensuring compliance with the Travel Policy for all offline reservations
- Generating accurate recharge reports and reconciling with credit card statements
- Assisting in training users on the self-booking tool and providing support
- Handling travel-related invoice processing and financial documentation

Your ideal skills & experience:

- Experience with **SABRE GDS (Essential)** and familiarity with **Conferma** (Desirable - training available)
- Working knowledge of **Billing and Settlement Plan (BSP)** and travel booking systems
- Fares and Ticketing Level 1 & 2 qualifications or equivalent
- Strong understanding of domestic and international fare structures and airline ticketing
- High attention to detail, especially in financial reconciliation and reporting
- Excellent customer service skills with strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to work methodically, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines
