Job Title: Customer and Sales Associate
The primary objective of this role is to manage client relationships, from initial inquiry to successful settlement. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services and a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end customer applications to ensure smooth processing from inquiry to settlement.
* Provide outstanding client service by managing inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and web chat.
* Cultivate long-lasting relationships with customers, handling inquiries, applications, complaints, and feedback with empathy and care.
* Engage in cross-selling opportunities, client referrals, and credit assistance as appropriate.
* Assist with pipeline management and reporting to enable proactive decision-making across teams.
Requirements:
* Experience in a customer service, sales, or client-focused role, ideally within financial services.
* Understanding of mortgages or home loans, highly desired.
* A proactive and consultative approach with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on professionalism and clarity.
* Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
* Tertiary qualification in Finance, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
