We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of proven experience in IT recruitment, a strong understanding of the local talent market, and the ability to build lasting relationships with both candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles (software engineers, developers, system administrators, project managers, etc.).
* Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team needs.
* Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of platforms and networks.
* Maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified IT professionals in Sydney and across Australia.
* Negotiate offers and manage candidate onboarding.
* Provide market insights and recruitment strategies to support business growth.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and Australian employment regulations.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of IT recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
* Strong knowledge of Sydney's IT job market and local talent pool.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
* Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek, etc.).
* Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
* Must be based in Sydney, Australia.
