The Opportunity
We are seeking a confident and experienced Project Manager to join our WA team and lead civil infrastructure and land development projects across multiple sites. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on accountability, problem-solving, and delivering results.
This is more than a typical PM role, it is an opportunity to shape communities, deliver complex civil works, and make a tangible impact. You will join a team that values collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.
Your responsibilities will include :
* Leading end-to-end delivery of land development projects from inception to completion
* Owning project scope, budgets, timelines, procurement, and quality outcomes with confidence
* Partnering with Development Managers, consultants, contractors, and authorities to achieve results
* Driving cost efficiencies and meeting construction milestones across multiple sites
* Solving technical and construction challenges with innovative, practical solutions
* Building strong, trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Championing operational excellence, safety, and sustainability across all activities
* Promoting a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and knowledge sharing
To be successful in this role you will have :
* Extensive technical knowledge of civil infrastructure and land development projects
* Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and drive outcomes under pressure
* Experience managing consultants and contractors to deliver results
* Strong commercial acumen with expertise in procurement and contract administration
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and exceptional time management skills
* Outstanding communication and influencing skills with a track record of stakeholder engagement
* Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
