The Role

Our firm is seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to fill the role of Client Services Coordinator/Team Assistant.

This position involves providing administrative support across various tasks, working closely with administration, legal staff, and executives.

Responsibilities include sharing reception duties, representing the firm as Front of House staff, meeting and greeting visitors and clients, and answering phones as required.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

* Relevant experience within a corporate or professional services environment;
* A proactive approach, including accepting tasks outside general duties;
* Strong organizational skills and ability to plan and prioritize effectively;
* Strong client focus;
